Brain Hacking is back and today's infographic is a good one! It explains how changing things up while learning affects the learner's brain and helps her learn more effectively. It may be counter-intuitive, because we often rely on routines when we perform certain actions.

As educators and parents, we often talk about consistency. But, for some tasks, mixing it up is just what the doctor ordered. See for yourself.

MESSAGE TO TEACHERS: We all want our students to learn on a deep level. We all want our students to retain the learning long after the concepts are assessed. We all want our students to be successful. Thus, we all need to be intentional about changing up how we deliver, facilitate, and motivate students in the classroom as well. It's not the whole puzzle, but it's a piece that fits. So Mix It Up Y'all!
