These Terms govern use of Master Teacher Toolkit: Next Time, provided by Crush School. By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Service

Next Time is a personal tool for recording, organizing, and revisiting teacher reflections. It is not an evaluation system, student-information system, professional-advice service, or replacement for your own professional judgment.

Your content and responsibility

You are responsible for content you enter and for having the rights and permissions needed for it. Do not enter student names, grades, health information, or other confidential or sensitive information. Keep exported backup files secure.

Local storage and backups

Unless expressly stated otherwise, data is stored only on your device. The app does not promise cloud backup, cross-device synchronization, or recovery after device loss, app deletion, or storage clearing. Export and Restore Backup are convenience tools; you are responsible for maintaining copies and checking that an export can be restored.

Acceptable use

Use the app lawfully. Do not misuse it, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or store unlawful or harmful material.

Availability and changes

Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or compatibility with every device or operating-system version.

Intellectual property

The app, design, branding, and original materials belong to Crush School or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app under these Terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Crush School disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or data-loss damages arising from use of the app. Nothing limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Termination and contact
